Haunted House
With Halloween a few weeks away, everyone here is talking about things to do for a scare. There are plenty of pumpkin farms and corn mazes for the kids, but what about us big kids. By now the average haunted hay ride doesn’t give me much of a fright. There’s Boo at the Zoo down at Ross Park, click to see special events page. That’s not too scary either though. So how about this. A big, creepy prison turned haunted house. Check out Eastern State Penitentiary. This sounds like one of the best haunted houses out there, and it’s not too far from home. Well, at least not for me, just a few hours.
