Mark Your Calendars

As I’ve stated before, I’m a big fan of MMA – particularly the UFC. That being said, I’ve been paying quite a bit of attention to the WEC (World Extreme Cagefighting). One of the guys I really like on there is Brian Bowles. A really good, well-rounded fighter who undefeated (7-0). Next month, he’s going up against Migel Angel Torres (36-1) for the bantamweight WEC title. If you like MMA, fighting or just seeing athletes perform at the top of their game, you should definitely check this fight out. The fight is free to watch on TV and will be Sunday, August 9th on VS. (Check your local listings!)
