Eagles lose defensive coordinator Jim Johnson

Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Johnson has died at the age of 68 from complications from a cancerous tumor on his spine. This guy has been a pain in my ass for the last I-don’t-know-how-many years. Being a Giants fan, I hated this guy and his Eagle defense every time the two teams played. But, being a human being, I respected the guy and what he did with that team. Except when they were playing my G-Men, I love watching the sea of green shirts envelop the opposing quarterback. I’ve always been a huge fan of a blitzing defense, and none did it better than Mr. Johnson.
