1…2…Jackie’s Coming for You…
So the trend of remaking horror movies continues with the 2010 release of A Nightmare on Elm Street. This time around, Jackie Earle Haley (The Watchmen – Rorschach) will play the man with the killer glove (no, not Michael Jackson). I think he’s a good choice if you’re gonna redo a horror film. He’s kind of a creepy looking dude without make-up. According to ComingSoon.net:
The new project will keep the high school setting and delve deeper in the psychology of nightmares and Freddy Krueger himself.
I’m not really all that thrilled with the remakes of my favorite horror films. I haven’t seen the remake of Friday the 13th. I haven’t seen the remake of Halloween. Part of me really wants to, but part of me scoffs at the very idea. Anyway, check out the new movie poster below after the links.
