Mmmmm...barbecue
So in about 6 hours, give or take a time zone, we here in America will be starting our Memorial Day weekend. It’s a time for firing up the barbecue, playing some horseshoes & vollyball, and drinking lots of beer. The first thing I need to do when I get home is finish mowing the lawn. After that, though, it’s game on. I all ready have a plan of action, too. Stopping at the store on the way home and picking up a case of cold ones, some burgers and buns, chips, dip, and a few other odds and ends, then going home and getting everything on ice. Fire up the lawn mower and finish knocking down my hay field (how the hell did it get so high so fast?), then building up the fire pit and having a few cold ones with Dave while the burgers cook. We might even see if the computer will work out there so you can watch us get shit-faced by the fire.
