(Un)Expected Guests

So earlier in the week, we had planned on having some people down at the bar last night to hang out, shoot the shit, maybe play a little pool or darts, and just chill out and have fun. Well, as the week went on, it got to be more and more apparent that perhaps these folks weren’t going to show up. One of them has a new girlfriend, one just moved into a new house, and the others hadn’t been in touch by the time we got out to the bar. So, Dave & I decided to start working on the bar some more. About 9pm we got a pleasant surprise as 4 people showed up to hang out and have a few cold ones. It was a lot of fun having people down to the bar, and we look forward to having more.
